Colin with Sir James MacMillan after the premiere of his Percussion Concerto No.2
Colin joins the Scottish Chamber Orchestra this week to perform Sir James MacMillan’s first percussion concerto Veni, Veni, Emmanuel as part of a concert celebrating the composer’s 60th birthday.
MacMillan will conduct the work in two concerts: Edinburgh’s Queen’s Hall on 21 February and Glasgow’s City Hall on 22 February.
