As a former Gramophone award winner, Colin has been invited to perform in Gramophone’s online charity gala this Sunday, 10 May 2020. Gramophone are hosting this gala to help support musicians whose work has dried up due to the Covid-19 crisis, and who are finding themselves in severe financial difficulty. All proceeds will go to the charity Help Musicians UK.
Colin will perform Bryce Dessner’s Tromp Miniature, a meditative work that he most recently performed with the JACK Quartet in February this year as part of the International Chamber Music Series at Southbank Centre.
The gala will be broadcast live on Gramophone’s Facebook and YouTube on 10 May from 7pm (BST), and will be available to watch for 7 days thereafter.
