Season’s Greetings After a Year of Tenacity

Greetings to all and a brief message to wish everyone well as we continue to hold out against the pandemic. This year was another battle of wits against odds but did contain some marvellous music and I am grateful to everyone I performed with and everyone who made it to the halls to hear us live.

Next year I will bring in five new concertos for premiere, and a host of other projects with my quartet, group and maybe even my record label. Thank you for following along and I hope above all that the return to live music and capacity audiences will continue.

Season’s thanks once again to my colleagues at Marimba One and an extra big cheer for my new collaboration with Kolberg Percussion. It was very exciting to visit their factory in September, and I look forward to a lot more joint projects with them, not least of all for the new Danny Elfman concerto which I will perform first with the London Philharmonic in March 2022.

Every good wish and see you in the new year,

Colin
